BROAD BEAN-VEGETABLE ROLLS

0.5 bags of dry yeast
3.5 dl of water
1 grated carrot
1 piece of grated zucchini
0.5 tsp salt
5 dl wheat flour
3 dl of broad bean flour
100g of melted margarine

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add to lukewarm water. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Let the dough rise for an hour. Bake into rolls (approx. 15 pieces) and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 175° for 12-15 min.
