Voima-Papu Coco Crispies (GL, VG)
Ingredients
- 150 g of coconut cream
- 1 dl of honey
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 6 dl broad bean breakfast cereal/croutons (about 200-300g)
Method
- Mix together the coconut cream, honey, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
- Melt them gently.
- Add the cereal/croutons to the melted coconut/coconut mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into individual cupcake cases.
- Allow to cool before eating.
