Voima-Papu Coco Crispies (GL, VG)

Ingredients

  • 150 g of coconut cream
  • 1 dl of honey
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 6 dl broad bean breakfast cereal/croutons (about 200-300g)

Method

  1. Mix together the coconut cream, honey, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Melt them gently.
  3. Add the cereal/croutons to the melted coconut/coconut mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into individual cupcake cases.
  5. Allow to cool before eating.
