Chocolate broad bean crisps

(vegan and not vegan)

4 dl broad bean flour

1 bag of chocolate chips (120 g)

1 tsp cinnamon

1,5 dl sugar

100 g butter or oil

2 eggs or (Vegan)1tsp Psyllium

1 dl milk or (Vegan) Water

pinch of vanilla sugar


Mix together the dry ingredients. If you done vegan add also psyllium.

Melt butter or if you used oil not melt. Use a whisk to mix together the melted butter, eggs, and milk. Pour the mixture in with the dry ingredients.

Let the mixture swell for 5 minutes.

Shape the dough into teaspoon-sized balls and flatten them a little bit. Line an oven tray and place the cookies on it. Bake for 6-8 minutes in 170 degrees C (fan-assisted oven).
